McLane Nagy
McLane Nagy is a self taught fabric artist based in Columbus, Ohio. Her current focus, “The Divine Flock Project” began in 2016. Using found materials and hand-sewing techniques, she seeks to create representations of birds with a significant connection to the divine throughout mythology, religion, and folklore. Exploring the relationship we have with animal symbolism across culture and creating wearable experiences for an immersive effect.
